Magdalena is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. For nearly a decade, she has been providing legal advice to enterprises in their business activities.
Her areas of expertise include commercial, business, and labour law.
She has extensive experience in transactions involving the transformation of business entities, acquisitions, and mergers. She provides ongoing legal assistance to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Magdalena also conducts seminars and training, including those related to occupational health and safety, labour law, and the General Data Protection Regulation.
