Anna specializes in preparing transfer pricing documentation for affiliated entities and conducting processes of reorganization and streamlining of clients’ activities, taking into account legal and tax aspects.
For years, she has also represented taxpayers in tax proceedings, before tax and in administrative court proceedings. She prepares appeals and complaints to the Voivodship Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
