Katarzyna graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
For over ten years, she has provided legal support to businesses in their day-to-day economic activities.
She has advised in transactions involving the sale of organized parts of companies, the sale of companies, as well as in transformation processes for both Polish and foreign entrepreneurs.
Her specialization lies in litigation, commercial law, and corporate law.
