Michał has nearly ten years of professional experience. He completed his legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
In his professional career, apart from providing legal assistance to entrepreneurs, he also supports individuals.
His areas of expertise include commercial law and banking law. He has successfully handled disputes with banks on behalf of our law firm’s clients. Michał assists clients in so-called “frank disputes,” representing them in court proceedings related to payment claims against borrowers, verifying loan agreements for abusive clauses, and recently representing clients in WIBOR cases.
